What is http://shop.jeanmachine.com's return policy?
shop.jeanmachine.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept regular-priced merchandise for return as long as it meets the following criteria:
  1. Merchandise is in original condition and has not been worn, altered or washed.
  2. Merchandise has all original tags attached.
  3. Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

International:
All the returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender. Shipping and customs fees are not refundable.

Once we receive your return package with the email confirmation, we will promptly refund your credit card. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 7 - 10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction.


Returning Your Item
  1. Pack your item with the order confirmation email you received after you processed your original order and specify that you want a refund (if unspecified you will be given store credit)
  2. Ship your package to our office.
