How do I return or exchange an item?

1. Mail Back for return/exchange
2. Take to a Jean Machine store for exchange

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY IS FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. ANYTHING PURCHASED IN STORE MUST BE TAKEN BACK TO A JEAN MACHINE MALL LOCATION.**
For Refunds:
Jean Machine offers only the best brand names and the highest quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs*. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. You must enclose the packing slip. Send the item back to us at the address below using a traceable shipping method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will exchange or refund it as desired.
